Lost Creek Acres is a family owned and operated multi-discipline equine facility in Bennett, Colorado. We offer both short term and long term boarding as well as daily trailer-in facility use.
Please check out our Track System Overview to learn about our turnout track that we use for our herd.
Facilities include matted and bedded indoor heated or unheated stalls, outdoor stalls with runs, and loafing shed stalls with runs. Pastures available for turnout and riding. Wash bay available, as well as a very nice round pen. Overnight hoteling and trailer hookups are available.
Stalls/pens cleaned daily and shavings added as needed. Horse quality alfalfa and/or hay fed twice daily along with house grain if required. The Alfalfa, Hay and Grain from the twice daily feeds are fed in stall in the AM and PM. Owner provided grain can be substituted at the owner's expense.
The turnout cost and hay stocked in the track slow feeders/hay huts/other forage and enrichment tools is included in our boarding fees. Our horses always have hay available to them all day during turnout in a netted bale or slow-feeders that promotes self-regulation over time.
Negative Coggins and UTD on vaccinations and deworming required on move-in.
Our facility is protected with a security system in barns and on grounds.
